This is our top of the range, most comprehensive digital home care package.
Premium seeks to cater for:
individuals who have multiple support needs.
If you are concerned about a relative who wants to remain in their own home, but who is getting really forgetfull, who gets very lonely or is fragile and prone to falls, we believe that with our premium subscription they will get a lot of help from our assistive technology devices.
Premium comes with all the benefits from our Well-being package, but with the addition of your choice between a Motion Detector or a Temperature sensor. Both are wireless and linked to the Home Care Hub.
You will also receive one of our Police approved keysafe’s as standard within the package, which allows for emergency services to gain prompt and effective access to your loved one’s home in the event of an emergency.
Wireless temperature sensor
The wireless temperature sensor again is a useful aid in the kitchen.
Different from the smoke detector in that it detects heat and not smoke, this is useful and invaluable in preventing household fires. In the event that the person is prone to forgetting to turn off the hob, or the oven, the temperature sensor detects the rise in remprature. When it hits a pre-programmable range, it automatically opens up a channel with our monitoring centre who can assess and take the necessary action. The sensor will reset itself after the temperature decreases.
This highly intelligent technology device covers a room up to 25 M 2.
Motion Detector
The Motion Detector is a useful sensor that is particularly helpful for individuals exhibiting symptoms relating to dementia. When, for example be placed near the kitchen, it monitors whether your loved one is entering the room which could indicate whether they are eating or drinking or not.
With its intelligent technology, the wireless motion sensor has 78 zones to cover the detection field. More than 4 zones are used to check whether a transmission should be made. This technology improves the accuracy in the detection of people and avoids false detections due to pets!
It can reset wirelessly.
Well-being messages included
Like Well-being, our Premium package allows for 5 different messages to be programmed and our Social Call will be included daily.
This ensures that your loved one will speak to someone DAILY and be able to stimulate their mind.

It's good to know that all of devices are very easy to install and are pre-programmed but some need to be attached to the ceiling or on a wall. This should be no problem for a member of the family or a trusted neighbour or friend, but in case they are not available, we recommend calling someone listed in the “checkatrade” directory and for a small fee they will install them for you.
